EVgo Announces Departure of Key Executives
EVgo, the Los Angeles-based electric-vehicle charging company, has announced the departure of two top executives as part of its efforts to streamline its organizational structure. Chief Technology Officer Ivo Steklac and Chief Revenue Officer Tanvi Chaturvedi will be leaving the company this year.
In a move aimed at consolidating business development, marketing, and technology functions, these areas will now report to operating chief Dennis Kish. As part of this reorganization, Kish has also been appointed as the President of EVgo.
Steklac, the departing Chief Technology Officer, will serve as an advisor during the transition period before leaving the company for good. Chaturvedi, the Chief Revenue Officer, will remain in her position until the end of February.
EVgo's decision to make these changes will allow the company to focus on its core public charging network business, enhance operational efficiencies, and improve its cost structure. In addition, EVgo proudly announced that utilization on its network has increased to over 19% compared to 15% in September.
The company expects to report full-year results that meet or exceed guidance, highlighting its commitment to continued success in the electric-vehicle charging industry.
